On the front, quote two or three descriptive lines of description from Book 7, "Land of the Phaeacians."
Along with the quote, draw in detail to your best ability what the quote is describing. This is the picture part of your postcard...obviously.
On the address/note side of the card, writing a greeting (Dear X) and then write to them with a MEAL paragraph.
Begin your paragraph with something along the lines of "I'm here visiting Scheria, and I can't wait to tell you about the Phaeacians' xenia (hospitality)." Continue (M) with an assertion about their level of xenia (one sentence). Transition into a quotation (E) that helps prove your point (one or two sentences). Tell your recipient more about the details (A) in the quotation (two or three sentences). Conclude (L) the paragraph with a variation of the main idea to drive the point home again.
Add a closing and signature to your postcard. Since Odysseus has lost his crew, I guess this will have to be from him to .... ? Your choice.
