What consequences does "kiss and run" release of vesicles have on postsynaptic function? In the paper, one person investigated and wrote a paper on this topic by themselves, which is extremely unusual.

The first diagram should show the sequence of events associated with typical neurotransmitter release (not kiss-and-run). These words should be in your diagram: Action potential, Ca2+, SNAREs, synaptotagmin, vesicle recycling.
The second diagram should show the sequence of events associated with kiss-and-run.
In addition, use words to describe how kiss-and-run differs from the typical neurotransmitter release you depicted in your first diagram.
