Problem
For this Project, you will create an organizational chart for an existing business.
a) Choose a business from your community or the Fortune 500 list found at www.forbes.com.
b) Create a written summary of the type of organizational structure used by the chosen business and the reasoning for using the specific structure.
c) Draw an organizational chart of the business and provide a list of at least three positions which could be included in each organizational area.
d) Suggest another type of organizational structure which may work for the business. Explain why it may or may not work better than the current organizational structure.
