Draw a supply chain value proposition conclusion

Assignment Task:

A value proposition refers to the combination of products and services provided to customers and consumers by the supply chain. While the traditional supply chain value proposition focused on providing the desired service objective at a minimum cost, today's value proposition is substantially more complex. It is very important to understand this more comprehensive value proposition to be able to design an appropriate supply chain strategy. Bowersox Figure 1.2 illustrates this more comprehensive supply chain value strategy, including the four dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and sustainability. This has been termed the EERS model which includes each of the four dimensions (effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and sustainability).

1) Using the EERS Value Diamond, select an organization with Supply Chain operations - preferably one you are part of or familiar with.  Research this organization relative to EERS.

2) Analyze and describe the EERS for this organization, and draw a Supply Chain Value Proposition Conclusion for the organization.
