SPSS Exercise -
1. Enter data provided in excel format to SPSS and then Plot
A. A bar chart for sex and describe
B. A multiple bar chart for employment category by sex and describe
C. A pie chart for employment and describe
D. A box plot for current salary and beginning salary and then identify outliers
E. Draw a histogram for current salary by superimposing the normal curve after removing outliers. Comment on the shape
2. Apply the Chi-Square test to see if sex and salary are associated or not. Discuss the result.
3. Test the hypothesis that the mean salary of male and female employees is the same using any appropriate parametric test. Do the same using non-parametric test. Compare the results for the two tests.
4. Find the coefficient of correlation between each and every variable.
5. Fit the multiple linear regression model with salary as the dependent variable and other variables as the independent variables.
