Draw a flow chart blue print of activities that the service


1. Identify a service company of your choice write about what business they are in (about half page up to one page)

2. Specify their market segments. Write about each segment about a line The market segments can be classified based on demographic or psychographic characteristics

3. Specify the wants of the market segments (remember wants are adjectives). Write a line about them

4. Draw a flow chart (Blue print) of activities that the service provider does for the customer both back room and front room activities ( remember activities are verb). Write briefly about these activates. In other words explain your flow chart.

S. Identify one or two activities in flow chart that are important with respect to customer wants

6. Specify how you can improve those one or two activities that you identified in (5) so that it gives the service company a competitive advantages in comparison to its competition.
