Problem
Mr. Aldrich has recently established Delichez Bakery in Dodoma, Kisasa. He has received complaints from customers that the Party Cakes are not delivered on time. After a detailed analysis, he came up with the following causes for the delayed delivery of party cakes:
• Frequent breakdowns of machine
• Few skilled workers to bake cakes
• Inappropriate procedures
• Unavailability of materials
• Heavy pressure from supervisor
• Miscommunication between salesmen and Chef.
