I want help drafting a business contract. The contract can be written for any business transaction, deal, etc of your choice. Examples: buy or sell a car, lease professional space, sell electronics etc. Address these four items in your contract:
1) Offer and Acceptance, Consideration, Capacity and Legality.
2) Write the title, "Offer and Acceptance" where you believe you've addressed "Offer and Acceptance"
3) Write "Consideration" where you believe you've addressed consideration
4) Write "Capacity" where you believe you've addressed legal capacity
5) Write "Legality" where you believe you've addressed legality
