Problem
As a project manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the qualifications for human resources and may, at times, formulate descriptions of roles and responsibilities for the project stakeholders.
Build upon your resource management plan, and draft a roles and responsibilities document for the project manager.
i. Additionally, list any skills and qualifications that would be ideal for the project manager to possess. Also, specify the PMI's role in terms of organizational, strategic, and visionary context.
ii. Draft this document to clearly outline the expectations of the project manager so it could be used for either internal (performance), external (selection) purposes, or both.
