Assignment Part 1:
You have to present a company of your own choose, its mission, vision, basic information and figures, and business model. Then you have to choose one of the course topics (Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Governance, Design, Change, etc.). And formulate your objective or a question to analyze the company. The purpose should be clearly stated. Afterwards you explain the result of your investigation and make a conclusion.
You can present your project in the following format three pages maximum, calibri, 12, single space.
Assignment Part 2:
You have to write two or three pages on your reflection on digitalization. Questions below to help you:
- What are the main backward and forward of digitalization for a company?
- How digitalizations have an impact on the strategy of a company?
- How digitalization affects a company in general and drives the need for continuous changes?
- Why companies in a digital era may fail?
- Any recommendations?
