1) Draft articles of incorporation for a corporation of your choosing. Consult your state's website for corporations, and follow the specific requirements in your state.
2) Your corporation can be created for any lawful purpose. It must, however, have these minimum provisions: Two incorporators; a registered agent, who is not an incorporator; common stock. These are, again, minimum requirements. You can feel free to include as many additional provisions as necessary to fulfill your corporation's purpose.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
