Choose an organization with which you are familiar. Determine if it has a policy for addressing workplace violence.
a) If you are able to examine the policy, draft a brief summary to describe what is being done right and what could be done better, based on your personal opinion and what you have learned thus far in this course.
b) If you are unable to view the policy, draft a policy proposal that especially addresses workplace violence in consideration of the unique characteristics of the organization.
