Draft a memorandum with at least two paragraphs setting forth the pros and cons of building a facility in the United States. If you have knowledge or experience with laws of other countries, feel free to compare and contrast the pros and cons between the United States and that country. If you do not, then discuss the pros and cons of employment law in the United States, specifically the antidiscrimination laws. Include at least two concrete examples of laws discussed in the recorded portion of the class.
Remember that you are writing this memorandum to the CEO of your company-your boss. She is not a lawyer so be sure to explain your reasoning in a professional manner. To impress your boss, do so in a clear, concise way so that nonlawyers can understand what you are saying.
