Outlining your personal reflection and evaluation of the whole experience through business plan development:
• What is the hardest challenge that you’ve faced when developing a business plan? Why?
• How do you overcome this challenge?
• What is the most important lesson that you’ve learnt after developed a business plan as an entrepreneur?
Guidelines:
I have done a business plan with a group of 4 people basis. When developing the business plan, we found several challenges:
1) Challenge1: As we are all students studying marketing, we all not keen on doing accounting stuff, therefore, we faced difficulties in doing financial plan and budgeting.
2) Challenge2: As there are many ice-cream shop in UK, therefore, we spend a lot of time and effort in thinking the Unique Selling Point of our business, and lastly we would like to transform our production method of ice cream by using liquid nitrogen and introducing new flavours that people never taste it before.
