2) Explain why this scheme should be considered fraud or a rip-off. Note: The weekly lecture provides definitions
for fraud and rip-off.
3) What tactics did the seller employ to appear more legitimate to consumers?
4) Does this seller target a certain group of people?
5) Provide a summary of any complaints or legal actions taken against the seller. If no complaints, find an article
that relates to the type of fraud/rip-off you chose. Consider using the following resources if applicable:
