Does the polarization direction of the transmitted beam vary

The two polarizers are in series with one other having an angle of 45 degrees among their axes. When a circulatory polarized beam having an intensity of around 0.8W/m^2 is incident on the first polarizer, oriented vertically, explain the intensity and polarization of the beam transmitted via the second polarizer. What happens when the two polarizers are interchanged keeping their axes orientation fixed? Does the transmitted intensity vary? Does the polarization direction of the transmitted beam vary?
