Does NYC meet the criteria as being a "livable" city? Why or why not? and if there is any room for improvement? Why or why not?
The world's most livable cities are not those with "perfect" auto access between all points. Instead, they're cities that have taken measures to reduce outward sprawl, diminish automobile traffic, and improve access by foot and bicycle in conjunction with mass transit.
Livability-a subjective index of how enjoyable a city is to live in.
