The article Are You Managing Change or Leading It? written by Jim Blasingame, who is a creator, and host of The Small Business Advocate Radio Show, emphasizes on the inevitability of change, and how the inconsistency level of success derives from key factors of abidance, and com-pliancy levels within organizations. Civilization, either disregards, and or avoids change entirely; in many cases some are reluctant to change, other are may lack effort to learn, adapt, and transition to change, while other eagerly comply, and contribute to new implemented models, approaches, methods, and systems found compatible to current trends. Initially, strategically developing a strong foundation that is effective, and efficient is essential for any organization to stabilize, and grow internally, and externally in the future.

Below is a list of the four things suggested to achieve creating a culture compatible with change:

• Make a strong case.
• Establish the vision.
• Sustain the changes.
• Anticipate maintenance.

Sustaining the change is one of the most important factors to succeed in creating compatibility with change within an organization. In order for business leaders to strengthen change, leaders must sustain, and or neutralize new-implemented developments.

Understanding the vision of a project is essential for effective commitment towards contributing, and supporting the overall goal, mission, and or reason of an organization. If one can visually see what one is potentially, strategically, and creatively developing, then efforts put forth are compatibly aligned with the sole purpose of the project.

There are many different ways one may be more proactive to change. Analyzing, assessing, developing a strategic, and effective plan, new development preparations, training, and or seminars for the organization to successfully achieve change, sustaining change supportively. There is no right, or wrong way; ultimately, identifying, and differentiating what is effective, and non effective is the best approach.
