HEALTHCARE - 300 words please_

Does every American citizen enjoy some fundamental right to healthcare? If yes, where does that right originate from? If no, what rights do citizens have concerning healthcare? Also, should those fundamental rights extend to undocumented immigrants? Why or why not?

Should the burden of paying for healthcare fall equally upon all citizens? Should that burden be increased on persons with substantial income/savings, or for persons who disproportionately consume health care?

Why do you think that this issue divides Americans? Since all Americans consume health care in varying quantities, why should it not be a fundamental right for all citizens?
