Darren works for Big Box Mart, a retail store that sells a variety of merchandise. One day, he notices that Jimmy, an 11-year-old boy. is walking quickly out of the store with a large bulge in his jacket pocket Darren walks up to Jimmy and asks Jimmy to open his jacket. When Jimmy refuses, Darren reaches into Jimmy's jacket and pulls out Jimmy's cell phone that his mom had told him to always carry in case of emergency Jimmy sues Darron and Big Box Mart for assault and battery.
