Billy went to a family reunion that was held at his aunt's house. When he arrived, his aunt mentioned that the BBQ grill had "been a bit dodgy since Memorial Day". Billy noted his aunt's warning, but his grandpa really wanted a sizzling steak. Billy fired up the grill to the delight of his grandpa. Unfortunately, as the steak started to sizzle, the grill blew and Billy suffered third degree burns. Does Billy have a tort claim against his aunt? His grandpa?
