Problem: We are looking at the changing face of America (population demographic shifts that have some folks afraid). There are only two ways to change a population and the first is birth rates. American birth rates are at an all-time low. The highest ones are for Latinos and some AAPI groups. We looked at the factors for this including religion and culture. However, demographic shifts from birth rates often take multiple generations. The quickest way to change a population is through immigration.
