Problem:
Question 1: What molecular tools do we use to transfer the Yamanaka factors into fibroblasts (vectors and their components), and then check for the characteristics of resulting iPSCs (including genetic insertions)?
Question 2: Does a mutation in a gene primarily alter the genotype or phenotype? I know it will alter both or can but which one will it primarily alter?
Could someone help to explain the answer of these questions.
