Do you think that youth violence is limited to large cities? Complete some research that has been conducted in regards to youth violence in this country. Based on your research, discuss three (3) repercussions to youth you believe are attributed to them being exposed to violence.

According to Federal Law, if a 14-year-old boy touches a 14-year-old girl's breast outside her clothing he can be charged with sexual abuse at the 1st degree and would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Based on this law, provide research on how are sexual offenders defined by the law within your own state. Justify your response.
