Journal Problem
Ask the students to perform a search to find some of the cases in which an organization was fined for not keeping healthcare data secure. Ask the following questions: Do you think the fines assessed were high enough? Too high? Do you think monetary fines are the most effective penalty in these cases? Should there be additional repercussions?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
