If you had millions of dollars...
...to spend on training, where would you put your money? This term we are reviewing the research literature on best practices and advancements in organizational training and development. Review the 2019 Training magazine's Training Industry Report. Based on the information from our readings, do you think these dollars are well spent? Where should our investments in T&D be placed for the next decade instead?
