Problem: In the course content you read about some of the issues around E-waste Disposal. What is your opinion on this issue ~ does the originating company have an obligation to stay true to Canadian laws and regulations in terms of safe waste disposal even if it is in another country? If the "plan" that is given to the boss in this case simply involves "ship it to Ghana," is that acceptable business practice? Do you think the Canadian government should fine or charge companies that engage in practices in other countries that clearly would not be allowed in Canada?
