YouTube Video: "Fired by E-mail! Right?"
With increased electronic communication in the workplace, there have been documented cases where employees have been fired by email or text. Do you feel that it is ethical to fire an employee through electronic communication? Is there ever an instance where it is okay? Do you think that the values and etiquette Weinstein uses to base his judgment on are still applicable today -- or are those outdated ideals?
