1) Do you think that requirements such as XBRL (like SOX, IFRS, etc.) are going to make the small, public company a thing of the past?
2) Do you think that all users of financial statements, and companies themselves, would benefit if everyone was required to submit financials using XBRL to some gov't database (perhaps the IRS)? That would include private and non-profit organizations.
