Review "States criminalize 'revenge porn'" from Politico.
"Revenge porn" involves folks posting to social media and/or supplying to sex sites, pics or digital video files of that person's ex-boyfriend/girlfriend/hubby/wife, etc., nude or engaged in sexual activity. Such is typically done after a breakup...or a "never-was" but the activity was recorded with that person's consent. The posting/publication, however, is not with their consent. Of course, what is legal "consent" here?

Based on what you have read for this course so far, do you think these revenge porn statutes will likely be constitutional under the First Amendment? Research any updates or refinements to this issue for your answer, if you have the time.
