HR is indeed the backbone behind or of business. The role of the Human Resource Manager is to handle all the people who come in looking for employment, the people who received the job, and the current employees. When people come in looking for employment, they will fill out the application and send in their resume. The HR manager keeps all these on file and goes through them when a new employee is needed. Once someone has been chosen to fill a position, there is a lot of other paperwork needed. Then, there are the other tests needed, such as a drug test. Which is mandatory in most places. There is a lot of work for a Human Resource person just to get an employee in the workplace, and keep them there. For most companies, the Human Resource people will need to deal with international employees and clients due to Globalization. There are many things they will need to know in order to deal with others from another country. Not only do they have a different language, but a different way of life. To know them, is to understand them. You cannot treat someone in China, the same way you would someone in Germany, or the United States.
