The pastor came to this church for the purpose of retiring, and the congregation supports this ministry mentality. Because of this, the youth pastor is shouldering all aspects of this growing ministry himself. Imagine yourself in this scenario. How do you affect vision in this kind of environment? How do you integrate the youth with the congregation toward a healthy, growing church body? How do you achieve balance in your own life when you are the sole leader of such a ministry?
