For this homework, you will critique the selected article. The article critique should include the elements below:
1. Provide a short summary of the article (one paragraph).
• What is the main point?
• What is the central argument?
2. Include a critique of the article.
• Is the article clear?
• Is there appropriate evidence to support the article?
• Is the article logical?
• Who is the audience?
• Is the article conventional, boring, controversial, and/or thorough?
• Would you recommend this article to an individual working in corrections? Why, or why not?
3. State your position on the article's viewpoint.
• Do you agree with the article? Why, or why not?
• Do you have any recommendations to modify the article?
• Has the author neglected any important details?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the homework, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
