This assignment requires a critical analysis of the contextual factors, facts, and IHRM policies and practices of your group's chosen company.
Discussions and analysis in the Report and Presentation will include some of the following issues that are addressed by groups i.e. Each member may focus one general issue and one specific issue.

General issue:
-Do you find evidence of strategic IHRM in the MNE? Illustrate with examples.

Q: Who should be responsible for development of global competencies in an MNE?
