Discussion Post: Values
Personality tests can reveal or confirm personality traits which strongly represent who you are. At the same time, they can highlight traits you might be unaware of. Consider what we have read in class today and complete one of the following personality assessments:
• The Big Five.
• Jung Typology Test.
• Cattell's 16 Personality Factors.
When you complete the assessment, write a discussion post which addresses the following:
1) Do you feel the results accurately portray your actual personality? Why or why not?
2) Do you feel your results are valid/reliable? Why or why not?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
