Do you feel Asian food is appropriately represented in the US? Do the Asian restaurants you go to offer "authentic" Asian food, or does it seem like it is changed so it appeals to mostly white people? In other words, do you worry that Asian food is being reappropriated or misrepresented either by, or for, white audiences?
