Problem
This will be a paper, "write" about setting patient safety standards, and the organizations that set these standards. Do you believe they do enough to prompt health care facilities to put standards into place? Do you believe these organizations could do more to promote patient safety? Do you believe we should have more or less of these organizations to monitor patient safety standards? Do you think the costs associated with meeting the standards set in place are worth it? In other words, do you think the costs are offset by injuries averted? Be specific where possible. Be lengthy.
