• With ISIS now competing with other terrorist organizations, do you believe they will revisit chemical weapon exploration? Why, or why not? If they do, how might they use such a weapon?
• Preventing a terrorist attack using chemical, incendiary, or explosive devices is the goal of the Department of Homeland Security and local emergency services. Are there models that would be more effective in reducing the risk of attack or preventing the attacks altogether?
