Discuss methods of funding under funded mandates such as No Child Left Behind. Some of the questions you will need to address in your paper are: Do you believe that the Wisconsin plan to fund education guarantees that the provisions of NCLB will be achieved? Do you think that increased funding will improve test scores of the groups targeted by NCLB? The study of financing in Texas tells us what about the cost of NCLB and federal funding? Should NCLB be repealed?
