High Quality Early Child Care and Education
Watch this week's two required videos: Brain Hero and Preschool: America's Best Investment. Using the concepts on quality ECEC explored, identify characteristics of what you would determine to be a "High Quality" early childhood program. Be sure to include components of both process and structural quality in your response. Do you believe high quality early childhood programs can reduce the demand for high cost special education, social welfare, and criminal justice systems as the videos assert? Provide at least two reasons for your beliefs. Support your findings with references to the videos and the course.
