Problem
Shinchon (a shareholder of Dreamrich Sdn. Bhd.) wishes to sell his shares to Lisa who has yet to become a member of the company. Lisa used to work with Dreamrich Sdn. Bhd. a couple of years ago. Miss Arrogant, who is the Company Secretary for Dreamrich Sdn. Bhd, is of the opinion that such a proposed sale by Shinchon amounts to "public offer".
