In today's Wall Street Journal, Seema Verma, the former Administrator for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid has a compelling argument on how to save Medicare. First, do you believe it has to be saved and if so, do you agree with her recommendations or not. As you respond, be sure to be clear on why or why not you agree. Also, the Federal Government is giving some states a green light on using Medicaid funds to address food insecurity, buy air conditioners and the like. Others argue that the SNAP Program does this, what are your thoughts and why?
