Synthesize the Williams et al. (2006) online journal article. Do you agree that the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario (HSFO) adequately addressed the important steps of a strategic plan and the planning process? Why or why not? In your paper, you should be certain to first briefly describe the HSFO important steps and strategic planning process, and then assess whether or not you feel it was adequate. If the plan was not adequate, what would you recommend to support HSFO?
