Assignment Description:
This is a group assignment which aims to develop and assess students' understanding of the main concepts of organizational behavior. The assignment is weighting 10 % in terms of course assessment, and it exposes students to a video- based case study.
Overview of the video:
Managers and their employees make a multitude of decisions every single day. Some of these decisions are mundane and might not involve much effort (e.g., whether to get coffee or tea in the company café), while other decisions might require a great deal of research, input, and time (e.g., whether to acquire another company). This video discusses the issue of "decision-making overload" and also addresses how our rational thinking and emotions both influence our decisions.
