Do you agree or disagree with descartes

Problem: Descartes philosophy was developed in a time when there was a distrust of the senses as a way to understand and grasp reality. Central to Descartes thought is the question of what can we be absolutely certain of, and he concluded that he could be certain of his own existence because he is a thinking being. Even if he is deceived or errs, he must exist in order to be deceived or to err. A consequence of Descartes thought is known as the mind/body dualism. What do you think? Do you agree or disagree with Descartes? Whatever part of the reading that you choose to write on, keep in mind his central proposition: "I think, therefore, I am."
