Do the citizens of pennsylvania not get the same rights

Problem: Centinel Anti-Federalist Letter

A. One of the main points seems to be that just the nature of the new government is not going to prevent tyranny and that to provide a strong foundation there needs to be many representatives so that power is not put on only a few people.

B. Do the citizens of Pennsylvania not get the same rights as the rest of the country? Why were their rights not detailed with the rest of the colonies? Their freedom of speech, search, and seizure is not written in as everyone else's is.The citizens were not happy with the proposed form of government. They don't understand the reasoning behind splitting the United States into several confederacies or republics. They worried about the failure of these small powers and the possibility of them becoming rival powers.

C. Another point made is that an effective method to secure the rights of people is by creating an opposition of interests between the members of two distinct bodies, in exercise of the powers of government, balanced by those of a third. This means that people can't have three different co-equal parts into government while also adding equal weight to the community. Both sides have to have different views to avoid the destruction of the third. Adams stated that in order to promote happiness in a community, there has to be equilibrium of interests.
