External analysis is critical to developing strategies to stay ahead of the competition in healthcare. Review these two articles and post a one-to-two-paragraph discussion of the methods for and importance of performing a comprehensive external analysis. You are best to pick one or two aspects of external analysis and develop them well. This is subjective. Do not use materials outside besides these two articles. If you use material from those sources, simply refer to the articles in a way that identifies them clearly.
