Write an Employer-Employee Honesty Code. The Employer-Employee Honesty Code must address the responsibilities of (1) employers to employees and (2) employees to employers with respect to honesty in the workplace.
Do NOT include in this code responsibilities to any other stakeholders, such as customers or suppliers. In completing this part of the assignment, it is VERY IMPORTANT to stay focused on honesty in the workplace. You are NOT writing a general code of ethics for business. You are only to address honesty issues between employers and employees.
In completing this assignment, you need to find, read, and cite two academic honesty codes. These codes and principles will be helpful in developing an Employer-Employee Honesty Code.
