Issues: People of all ages in America producing high levels of waste without care for impact or carbon footprint. Easier for people to toss their trash or let it blow away than hold onto it and dispose of it properly.
Questions: Do most people learn the impacts of each piece of trash or plastic that is left indisposed of? Do people understand their impact or carbon footprint? Should cameras be used to enforce littering and dumping laws?
