This written assignment has two parts:
Part 1: Do men and women differ in their leadership styles? If so, how? Do men and/or women prefer styles different from those exhibited by their bosses? What evidence do you have for your answers?
Part 2: Research two fortune 500 company leaders, one male and one female. Keeping the Personal Characteristics of Leaders in mind, demonstrate where and why each leader fits into the specific grids.
